Spend Less on AWS! AWS Cost Control training course - now available

AWS Cost Control Course

Become a Cost Control Guru - and Spend Less on AWS!

Over the last 8 months or so I’ve been working on a video training course for A Cloud Guru, all about AWS Cost Control and I’m really excited to let you know it is now available!

The course covers nearly five hours of content across 23 lessons and lectures.

It’s available here and is on sale until the end of December 30th for US$24, with a big promotional push coming in January 2017 where it could be priced higher (sorry, I don’t set the pricing) - so best to grab it now.

This course has been a real labour of love for me. I’ve tried to pitch it to both tech people and managers/financial people so there are sections on architecting for cost as well as accounting tricks, reducing existing running costs, and much more.

I am sure everyone will learn something that will allow them to save more than the $24 course cost.

Here’s the official blurb:

From stock exchange listed enterprise companies to one man bands, everyone wants to reduce their cloud costs.

This course covers cost control throughout the lifecycle of AWS design, from requirements, to design, to maintenance and final decommissioning and at each stage asks “how can this be done more cost effectively?”

Make sure you don’t suffer from cloud bill shock - set budgets for AWS costs and get alerted for breaches, learn how to price up designs, choose the most cost effective solution whether it is serverless, containerised or bare EC2, find free AWS credits, and much more.

With step-by-step demos in the console and CLI, and charts and graphs to thoroughly explain concepts, this course will give you all the knowledge and tools you need to spend less on AWS.
